Purpose of the Platform

NeuSource is an all-in-one startup growth ecosystem that connects founders, investors, mentors, professionals, institutions, and co-working spaces to collaborate, grow, and succeed. We provide access to curated opportunities including pitching shows, podcasts, due diligence support, valuation, mentorship, events, and community networking.

Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You represent a legitimate business or professional entity.
• You provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

Registration & Verification

• All users must register and complete their profile to access full platform features.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity and business details before granting access.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or removal.

Code of Conduct

By using NeuSource, you agree to:

• Interact respectfully with all members.
• Not share, copy, or misuse other members’ information without consent.
• Avoid spam, misleading claims, or unethical solicitation.
• Comply with all applicable laws of India.

Content & Intellectual Property

Any content you upload (text, images, videos, documents) remains your property but grants NeuSource a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share it within the ecosystem. NeuSource’s name, logo, and platform content are protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be used without written consent.

Events, Shows & Podcasts

Participation in NeuSource pitching shows, podcasts, or events is subject to selection and verification. By participating, you grant NeuSource the right to record, edit, and distribute your appearance for promotional purposes.

Payments & Premium Services

• Most core platform services are free.
• Premium services (branding, sponsorships, promotions) are optional and will have separate pricing and terms.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

NeuSource acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for business decisions, investments, or partnerships made through the platform. We do not guarantee funding, deals, or results from using the platform.

Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• NeuSource may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
